3.2 Made-to-Order Items
- All AlexDArt Jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order
- Production time is up to 20 business days
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled (see our Returns & Refunds Policy)
- Custom specifications provided by you will be used to create your piece
3.3 Pricing
- All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
- The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order
- Pricing errors: If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you to inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Placing an Order When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including:

- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify payment information
4.2 Order Confirmation Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation email or begin production.

5.3 Failed Deliveries If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the item.

- Made-to-order items exempt from standard returns
- 24-hour cancellation window before production begins

- No refunds for incorrect sizing provided by customer
