RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancelling Before Production Begins (Within 24 Hours of Order)

If you wish to cancel your order before we have started production:

·       Contact us immediately at alexdartjewellery@gmail.com 

·       If production has not yet begun and it is within 24 hours of placing your order, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund

·       Once production has started, or 24 hours have passed since placing the order, we cannot cancel or refund the order (unless the item is faulty)

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

·       The item must be unused and unworn

·       It must be in its original condition

·       All original packaging must be included

·       Any tags, certificates, or authenticity cards must be intact

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at alexdartjewellery@gmail.com  with:

·       Your order number

·       The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

·       Reason for return or exchange

·       Photos of the item (if damaged or faulty)

We aim to respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

 

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

·       Change of mind

·       Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer

·       Items that have been worn or used

·       Items damaged by the customer after delivery

·       Orders cancelled after production has begun or after 24 hours of placing the order

·       Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Important Information About Ring Sizing

In regards to rings, the size that will be made is the size that you request. Some tips for choosing your sizing accurately would be to buy a cheap ring sizer on Amazon (£1-£2) and check your size before ordering. It's best not to size your fingers when you are too hot or too cold as this will affect the size of your fingers.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds / exchange  for rings ordered in the incorrect size due to customer error in measuring.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible in the following circumstances:

·       The item is damaged as a result of quality issues

·       The item was damaged during shipping

 If your item is damaged as a result of quality or got damaged during shipping (which can happen on the long journey), customers must email their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange.

Exchange Requirements:

·       Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged (except for the original damage being reported), and in their original packaging

·       AlexDArt Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition.

           Non-Exchangeable Circumstances

           We cannot offer exchanges for:

·       Change of mind

·       Wrong sizing provided by the customer

·       Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer

·       Items that have been worn or used (except for the original damage being reported)

·       Items damaged by the customer after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

·       Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

·       You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

·       Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at alexdartjewellery@gmail.com

·       Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AlexDArt Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders include tracking information. Once tracking shows delivery, the package is considered delivered and we cannot issue a refund.
