We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: £5.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders £200 and over
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): £9.75

European Union:

  • Standard International Shipping: £14.99
  • Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

International:

  • Standard International Shipping: £23.99
  • Countries: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States

Processing & Delivery Times

Ready-to-Ship Items:

  • Orders are processed and dispached within 1-2 business days
  • UK Standard: 2-4 business days after dispatch
  • UK Express: 1-2 business days after dispatch
  • EU: 7-14 business days after dispatch
  • International: 1 to 3 weeks after dispatch

Made-to-Order Items:

  • Handcrafted pieces require up to 20 business days for production
  • Shipping time is additional to production time
  • Total delivery time = Production time (up to 20 days) + Shipping time
  • Please check individual product descriptions for specific production timelines

Important Note About Express Shipping: Express shipping applies to delivery time only and is available for ready-to-ship items. It does not reduce production time for made-to-order pieces. If your order contains made-to-order items, express shipping is not recommended as these items require up to 20 days for production before shipping begins.

Tracking & Security

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Orders over £150 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AlexDArt Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been dispatched and tracking shows delivery, the package is considered delivered. We recommend using a secure delivery address or arranging for signature confirmation if you have concerns about package security.

International Orders & Customs

AlexDArt Jewellery is not responsible for additional duty and import taxes that may be charged by the receiving country. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
